Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp ground ginger (or 1-inch fresh grated)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 tsp psyllium husk
8–10 oz filtered water
Optional: 3–5 drops monk fruit or stevia
Instructions
1. Add filtered water to a mason jar or glass.
2. Stir in lemon juice, vinegar, ginger, and cayenne until blended.
3. Add fiber source (chia or psyllium) and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
4. Add natural sweetener if using.
5. Stir again and drink slowly, preferably 20–30 minutes before your meal.
