This natural Mounjaro recipe for weight loss blends apple cider vinegar, lemon, pink salt, and cayenne to help curb cravings, balance blood sugar, and gently support fat-burning throughout the day.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 cup warm water

Instructions
1. Add the warm water to a glass or jar.
